She has more than 30 years of experience in client-facing roles, delivering large-scale business and technology changes. She specializes in complex business transformation, process redesign, organizational design and change management programs. Regina is also recognized for her strong advocacy for inclusion, diversity and equity, with a particular focus on gender equality.
