Grazia is a KPMG senior manager and a member of Fondazione KPMG advisory board.

She graduated in Finance at university Bocconi and joined KPMG in 2010. During her carrier she has worked mainly in the banking field, performing audit and assurance services for Italian major financial institutions, and working on various projects encompassing an ECB on-site inspection in Athens, IFRS 9 conversion projects, design of internal control environment. She is also part of her company Professional Practice team with a focus on derivatives and hedge accounting.

In 2020 she started focusing on Sustainability regulation, helping clients to design and develop their ESG internal and external reporting framework.
