Pulkit Mohan is Head of Forums at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi. She is responsible for the ideation, curation and execution of ORF’s flagship conferences. Her research focuses on the intersection of cyber security and nuclear security and nuclear deterrence, with a focus on South Asia. She is also works extensively on India’s nuclear programme and the utilisation of nuclear energy. 

She also helps curate ORF’s Kalpana Chawla Annual Space Policy Dialogue. Mohan also actively participates in WINS, CRDF Global and Stimson Center’s South Asian Voices. 

Prior to joining ORF, she was an Editorial Assistant with a leading development journal. She graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters in International Relations.
