Pamela Támara Pinto works as Academic Director at the Instituto de Ciencia Política Hernán Echavarría Olózaga (ICP). She is an internationalist and political scientist with a Master’s degree in political affairs. She developed relationship-building skills with high-level government, business, and academic actors. She has worked as an advisor and consultant in various governmental and international organizations, focusing on management and inter-institutional articulation for the elaboration and execution of laws and the formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies. Her expertise includes project management in areas such as peace, territorial and regional development, nation-territory relationships, security and defense, border integration, and foreign policy. Additionally, Támara Pinto has worked as a professor at different universities in Colombia.
