Zoran Dimitrovski was appointed as a Deputy Minister at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia and Foreign Trade on 23 of July 2024. Zoran Dimitrovski is a professional journalist, having worked for 35 years for the main Macedonian printed media. During his professional career he was an editor in chief of 3 prominent Macedonian daily newspapers, Nova Makedonija, Vecher and Dnevnik, as well as of the political weekly Fokus. He was a correspondent from Washington DC, USA, for the Macedonian daily Nova Makedonija from 2001-2004.Dimitrovski is an author of more than 1500 essays, columns, analyses, interviews, investigative pieces, published throughout the Macedonian printed and electronic media. He graduated Journalism at the State university of St. Cyril and Methodius in 1988, and is a Master of Political Science from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, since 1995. Dimitrovski joined Democratic Union, a center political party in 2019 and became its Secretary General.He served as a Deputy Minister of Local Self-Government from 2020 to 2023.
