Yousuf Al Bulushi is a former senior diplomat, innovator and entrepreneurial leader. Al Bulushi brings forward more than 20 years of work experience in the combined fields of science diplomacy, innovation, entrepreneurship, science and technology development and education. He has a proven track record in leading disruptive technology initiatives (4IR, SPI, future disruptive technology, Blockchain Oman), setting up technology transfer offices and leading Oman Technology Fund (Oman’s Venture Capital Fund) technology commercialisation and a keen interest in building knowledge economies in developing and transitioning ecosystems. 

His professional experience grew within world-class multi-nationals, such as the United Nations Science, Technology & Innovation Forum (UN STI Forum), United Nations Commission on Science & Technology for Development (CSTD), the Foreign Ministries Science & Technology Advisory Network (FMSTAN), University of Oxford Innovation Centre.
