Stefania Congia is the Director General of the Directorate for Migration and Integration Policies at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies. Specifically, she deals with the promotion and coordination of policies for the integration of migrants and the implementation of related programmes and instruments, both nationally and with reference to EU financial resources. She also participates as a national delegate in the work of the OSCE Working Party on Migration and in the Data Protection Consultative Committee of Council of Europe since 2006. Stefania Congia holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from LUISS University, Rome.
