Shaikh Humaid Al‑Maani is the Head of the Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman. He also serves as Head of the Global Affairs Department. In these roles, he leads diplomatic training and policy development initiatives, and represents Oman in key international collaborations on diplomacy, humanitarian law, and foreign policy education.
