Neva Grašič holds a degree in European Studies from the University of Ljubljana, where she also studied International Relations. She has served in several governmental roles, including Adviser for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and Senior Adviser on Social Policy and Civil Society Relations at the Office of the President of the Republic of Slovenia.

From 2018 to 2022, she worked at the National Assembly, focusing on international, social, and defence policy. She later joined the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, where she served as Deputy Head of the Minister’s Office before being appointed State Secretary in July 2025.
