Nadine Saba is a Lebanese lawyer and humanitarian leader, co-founder and Director of Akkar Network for Development (AND) in northern Lebanon, where she has overseen grassroots initiatives in rural development, refugee support, women and youth empowerment, and municipal capacity-building for nearly two decades. She serves on the Steering Committee of the Lebanon Humanitarian and Development Forum and the NEAR Leadership Council, acting as Global South Sherpa for the Grand Bargain—a platform promoting equitable, locally-led funding in humanitarian aid. Nadine holds a DEA in Banking and Financial Markets Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London, and earlier worked as an Alumni Coordinator for the U.S. State Department’s Middle East Partnership Initiative.
