Nadia Shahin is the general manager of Kawar Group’s shipping and logistics division. She was nominated amongst the 2020 Jordanian Business Woman of the year. Ms. Shahin is the first woman and first non-Kawar family member to command a top leadership post at the firm. Thanks to her 30 years of work experience in the company, she implemented women-friendly policy changes that have led to the hiring of a more diverse workforce, gender parity in her management team, and significant brand enhancements.
