Merouane Chabane is Director General of APRUE – Algeria. Mr. Chabane is an electrical engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique d’Alger and he also holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the École Nationale des Ingénieurs Électriciens de Grenoble and in Management and Leadership from McGill University. Mr. Chabane was Chairman and CEO of the Algiers Electricity and Gas Distribution Company and Advisor to the Algerian Ministry of Energy Transition and Renewable Energies.
