María Martín Delgado is a Foreign Editor at El País. She is a journalist specialising in the coverage of the migration phenomenon in Spain. She began her career at EL PAÍS as a local news reporter, moved to El Mundo and then to Brazil. There she worked at Folha de S. Paulo, was part of the founding team of the Portuguese edition of El País and was a correspondent from Rio de Janeiro.
