Loretana Cortis is Executive Vice President of Institutional Affairs at Fincantieri Italy. She holds a Law Degree from the Universy of Rome La Sapienza and she is specialized in Banking and Securities Market Policy and Legislation. Cortis joined the Poste Italiane Group in 2004, where she held various positions; among others, in 2010 she was responsable for Institutional Affairs. From 2015 to 2017 she was in charge of the Legislative Affairs Function and also gained qualified experience in private companies operating in the financial and tourism sector. Cortis was a member of the Board of Directors of Valore D and member of the Unindustria Council – Union of Industrialists and Businesses of Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, and Viterbo. She served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CLP – Consorzio Logistica Pacchi – Poste Italiane Group, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Address Software Company – Poste Italiane Group.
