Jun Arima is a Professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Tokyo. He has been a Counselor at the Japanese Delegation to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Head of the Country Studies Division at the International Energy Agency and Senior Policy Fellow at ERIA. He participated in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiation as a chief negotiator.
