An energy expert, Dialuce has over 40 years of institutional experience in the field of hydrocarbons, security of supply, market liberalization, but also new technologies, energy efficiency, renewable sources, nuclear fusion and research into the electricity system.

The Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit think tank providing leading research and viable policy options to government officials, business executives and the public at large wishing to better understand international issues. Founded in Milan, Italy, in 1934 thanks to the support of a group of businessmen led by Alberto Pirelli, founder of Pirelli S.p.A., ISPI has always adopted a pragmatic approach in analyzing geographical areas and topics of particular interest to Italy and Europe.

The European Union and Maghreb countries are key trade partners. As cross-border clashes between Hezbollah and Israel intensify, Lebanon fears a further escalation of tensions that could spread throughout the country. Beyond the ongoing conflict, the country is grappling with multiple crises: a political stalemate that has left Lebanon without a president for almost two years and an economic-financial crisis that has been strangling it for five years.
