Faisal Alotaibi is a strategy consultant at the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), where he leads advisory projects on artificial intelligence adoption, governance, and digital transformation. His work includes contributing to ALLaM, Saudi Arabia’s flagship Arabic large language model, and co-developing AI frameworks adopted by multiple government entities. Faisal has supported over 150 consultation projects annually, advising senior stakeholders on national programs and policy decisions. He has also represented SDAIA in GCC and international forums on AI, data, and digital infrastructure. Trained as an engineer with a PhD in AI and game theory, Faisal focuses on turning technical advances into practical strategies that serve national priorities. He is broadly interested in the impact of technology on economies, policy, and society.
