Eduard Hulicius is Deputy of the Cabinet Minister of Czech Republic. He holds a Master’s degree in European Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences from Charles University in Prague. In 2014, he was Accredited assistant to Members of the European Parliament, while in 2011 he was Spokesperson at the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes/Security Forces Archive. Mr. Hulicius is specialist on the functioning of the EU institutions, the EU budget, the Single market, the Common Agricultural Policy, Consumer protection policies, Health and Food Safety, and Visa and Asylum policy issues. He has written “History of Belgium” and “History of Luxembourg”.  He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union of Czechia since 2012.
