Andrea Minuto Rizzo is Head of European and International Institutional Affairs at Ferrovie dello Stato, Italy. He was Head of the International Affairs Office at the Italian Antitrust Authority and in the Institutional Affairs Department at Enel. He is a Board Member of Gruppo di Iniziativa Italiana (GII) and Gruppo Tecnico Europa (Confindustria). 

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. His work on the topics of economic competition and regulation is published in specialized Italian and international journals.
