Alessandra Migliaccio covers European economics and policy making from Rome, including G7s, G20s, Ecofins, and central bank news, for global news agency Bloomberg News. With over 20 years experience in international journalism and media communication, her articles have been published in a wide range of media from Businessweek, to the Wall Street Journal, to the International Herald Tribune. She has been a member of the EMEA Diversty Council for her company helping to promote more inclusive news coverage and foster gender and diversity awareness in the workplace. For the previous 7 years she was also Rome Bureau Chief for Bloomberg News managing a team of ten TV and print journalists, providing economic, financial and political news to corporate clients, central bankers, and financial institutions in 127 countries across the globe. She has an MSc in International History at the London School of Economics. She joined Bloomberg in 2006.
